What items can be returned
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a full store credit or refund. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping and terms must be returned to us within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.
Items that have been marked down, have been purchased during a promotional sale or are final sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Additionally, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Face masks are ineligible for returns for hygiene purposes.
What items can be exchanged
Any and all items meeting the conditions of return are eligible for exchange given that the requested item is available. In the instance that your requested item is not available you can purchase an alternative item using store issued credit. *Store credits are valid for 6 months.
What products are “final sale”
Any sale or marked down items are ‘final sale’, there is strictly no refund or exchange.
When items can be returned or exchanged
Items that meet the conditions of return MUST be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the purchase date.
In what conditions can items be returned
Please ensure the following conditions are met, before submitting your return request:
Items must be purchased from Nowa The Label, Items must be in original condition: Unworn, not altered and or washed with all tags still attached. Your order must be returned to us within (30) days from your delivery date.
(Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for any return or exchange)
How to initiate a return or exchange (i.e. an email address to contact or web page to visit)
Ensure the conditions of return listed above have been met.
Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and item details which you want to return.
Fill in our returns form, quantity of items you are returning and return reason. If your item arrived faulty please attach relevant imagery to your email.
If you would like to return your item in store please add a note that you would like to receive return from the store. .
Our Customer Service team will review your return and send you an email to let you know if your return has been approved or declined accordingly.
If approved, either post your item back to us or return it in store. If you return has been denied please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
Once your item is received, we will email you a confirmation of your credit note.
